Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and mounting hardware to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our warehouse team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the solar hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
